Welcome home to Crown Candy Lofts in the heart of Atlanta's historic Grant Park neighborhood. This stunning loft has been beautifully maintained and thoughtfully upgraded while preserving its historic character. Crown Candy was originally a 1920s factory and was converted to condominiums in 1999. With only 21 units, this is a rare opportunity to live in a truly special building. This particular unit was once part of the factory's administrative offices. You will love the exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, exposed ductwork, and warm wood ceilings that give the space its authentic loft feel. The open-concept living area offers plenty of room for dining and entertaining. The kitchen has been recently refreshed with sleek quartz countertops, a custom tile backsplash, and bespoke gold hardware. Both bathrooms have been remodeled. The upstairs bath features stunning tile work that beautifully complements the exposed brick, along with a lighted mirror and new vanity. A large multipurpose loft space sits in the center of the second floor and could easily serve as an additional bedroom or flex space. The room with the door labeled "Logan Investigations" has been converted into an incredible walk-in closet with three oversized built-in wardrobes, while the room behind it serves as the primary bedroom. Full-size in-unit laundry is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The home has also been freshly painted. Enjoy relaxing on the peaceful outdoor deck. Parking includes both an indoor garage space and a gated lot space. The community rooftop deck is currently under renovation and will soon offer beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline. The location is unbeatable. Oakland Cemetery is just two blocks away, MARTA is around the corner, and you are within walking distance of the Grant Park Market Complex, eclectic Carroll Street restaurants, Six Feet Under, Little Tart, and the Atlanta BeltLine. Experience the charm of this unique loft, the character of a historic building, and the energy of one of Atlanta's most vibrant communities.
